Hare Krishna, dear devotees!

Welcome home. 🤗

So happy to have you here at Satvik Ahaar — a small space on the internet, made with a lot of love, devotion, and pure intention. If you’re someone who cares about what goes into your body, who values peace, simplicity, and soulful eating — you’ll feel right at home here.

🌾 Why we started this

We started Satvik Ahaar with one simple thought:
“Why not make our kitchen an extension of our spiritual life?”

In our journey, we realized that food isn’t just fuel. It’s an offering. It’s prasad. It’s a mood, a meditation, a moment of bhakti. So whether it’s Ekadashi, festival days, or just a quiet Tuesday, we wanted to create a place where Satvik food — free from onion, garlic, and heavy spices — feels just as exciting as any other cuisine. Maybe even more. 😉

🍲 What you’ll find here

You’ll find recipes that are:

  • Easy to cook
  • Light on the stomach
  • Gentle on the senses
  • And full of bhava (devotional mood)

Whether you’re looking for something traditional like moong dal khichdi, or want to experiment with a Satvik-style pasta or pav bhaji — we’ve got you. Every recipe here is prepared keeping in mind cleanliness, simplicity, and most importantly, devotion.

🙏 From our kitchen to yours

We aren’t chefs. We’re just regular devotees trying to cook with love for Krishna and serve others on the same path. That’s all this website is — a humble offering from one bhakta to another.

All the photos you see? Cooked and clicked in our own kitchen.
All the words you read? Written from the heart.
No fancy studios. No marketing jargon. Just simple, soul-nourishing food.

🪔 Final thoughts…

In this fast world, let’s slow down…
Let’s remember why we cook.
Let’s offer our food with love.
Let’s eat with awareness.
Let’s nourish not just the body — but the soul.

Thank you for stopping by.
May your kitchen be a temple, and your meals an offering.

Hare Krishna! 🌸
